Randie's practice has been largely devoted to the area of residential real estate. It is always a great pleasure to assist those buying and selling homes and attempt to make their transactions as smooth as possible. Her "hands-on" approach to representing clients is the hallmark of her practice. She believes that each transaction, no matter how big or how small, deserves the same professional and detailed attention.

Randie practices in a location that is constantly relocating people. It is always enjoyable to be able to assist those either moving into the area, or those leaving it, with a kind, competent form of representation. Real estate transactions should not be adversarial. It is therefore Randie's philosophy to work together with her clients and the "opposing" side to come to a successful closing.
